Owners Testimonials

Dear Mark, I felt compelled to write to you to tell you how happy Debbie and I are with our new home in Mount du Cap. We have to admit that we had severe reservations about building a house in St. Lucia while we were still living in the United States. However, your vision of community, your insistence on quality and Ian Morrison’s designs encouraged us to try our luck at Mount du Cap. We are so glad we did. From the beginning, you made the process almost effortless and produced on time and within budget, arguably the most beautiful home I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much for making our dream home a reality.

Dear Mark, … The degree of care, skill and professionalism that I saw go into these initial stages, continued throughout the construction of my property and was evident in every aspect, in every corner and every detail of the construction process. It’s such a rare quality these days to find a construction crew, from yourself and Jamie, to the workers and craftsmen, who have such high standards, who are never compromised. I consider myself very lucky to have made this first visit to Mont du Cap four years ago! I wish you every success in the future.

Dear Mark, From the moment I first saw your listing for your Mount du Cap development in the Caribbean real estate section of the Financial Times,  I told Pat that I had found exactly the new holiday home development we were looking for and immediately phoned your UK sales agent to arrange a site viewing. When you showed us the plots, we were stunned by the views and the beauty of the island, the sky was blue and not a cloud in sight, we could see Petit Piton, Castries, the rainforest, the Atlantic rollers lamenting the rocks of the east coast, the sailboats in Rodney Bay,  the golf course and Martinique, actually the whole island, our minds were made when we stood on plot 14 and imagined our home there, the most perfect place we have ever seen. You kept us informed of all the stages of the construction program and each payment date was met on time until completion. Our house was completed on time at no extra cost. Any issues were rectified by Jamie and his team during the warranty period and after without any hesitation, in fact, every change or alteration we required was made without question.

They say that building a house is one of the most stressful events in life, but my experience building our house in Mount Du Cap proved otherwise, and I found it almost stress-free. With Jamie’s helpful guidance, nothing was too complicated during construction, and we now have a home exactly the way we wanted it. Sitting on the pool deck looking out over Martinique in the distance, with a 270-degree view of the ocean, it’s a view that few homes can hope to match anywhere. Just to be able to hear only the sound of the wind through the trees, and the waves below is a joy for the soul. Security is important to us, and being a gated community, the entrance is guarded 24 hours a day, means a complete reassurance, and even away from the island, it is good to know that there is always someone keeping a watchful eye on the house.
